Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience and 1 year leadership experience required.
• OR a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• OR successful completion of the Branch Manager in Training (MIT) program and a minimum of 6 months of applied MIT experience.

• Operate the branch as a business owner – driving performance, managing resources, and supporting long‑term growth and profitability.
• Lead with accountability, driving and achieving sales goals and expectations for your team and measuring results.
