Job summary

In this full-time role, you will handle teller duties, open accounts, support digital banking tools, and participate in local community marketing to drive branch traffic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Deliver the Woodforest Experience by creating warm, welcoming, and personalized interactions with every customer.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
