Woodforest National Bank in Louisiana seeks a Branch Manager to lead as if owning a local business, driving sales, deposits, and customer relationships within a community-focused banking hub.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, cross‑selling banking and wealth solutions, and operational excellence while living Woodforest's core values of Ownership, Service, Community, and Integrity. This is a full‑time, on‑site leadership position in Shreveport.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience and 1 year leadership required.
• OR a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• OR successful completion of the Branch Manager in Training (MIT) program and a minimum of 6 months of applied MIT experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and comfort with technology-driven banking solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the branch as a business owner – driving performance, managing resources, and making decisions that support long‑term growth and profitability.
• Lead with accountability, driving and achieving sales goals and expectations for your team and consistently measuring results.
• Lead branch operations with a strategic focus on deposit growth and wealth management referrals.
• Manage all aspects of branch operations, including compliance, security, cash handling, and expense control.
• Deliver the Woodforest Experience by ensuring every customer interaction is warm, personalized, and solution oriented.
