Qualifications

• Minimum five years of consumer lending experience.
• 5–8 years in a leadership role in a credit union or bank preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a financial institution branch and strong knowledge of products, services, operations, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assign, direct, coordinate, review work, manage schedules, approve timecards, and ensure staffing coverage.
• Oversee cash control, teller cash verification, compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support employee performance and development through training and coaching.
• Handle member complaints and service expectations, escalating to COO as needed.
• Drive branch growth and service promotion through training staff on products, cross-selling, and policy improvements.
