• Manage branch profitability, growth, and performance metrics, including deposits and customer relationships.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to achieve service, sales, and operational excellence.
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and relationships with centers of influence.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and risk mitigation.
