Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all branch operations, including safety, efficiency, customer service, and profitability. This leadership role drives growth through strategic sales management and client relationships while ensuring recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.

The position emphasizes creating a high-performing, safe work environment aligned with BrightView values and standards, with accountability for P&L and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or related field.
• 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping, operations, or service-based industry.
• Strong P&L management and ability to read financial reports.
• Knowledge of safety standards and operational compliance practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily branch operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet or exceed annual growth targets.
• Supervise teams to deliver high-quality services and superior customer experience.
• Manage branch P&L, including revenue, expenses, and forecasting.
• Ensure strict adherence to EHS policies and promote a culture of safety.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop branch staff to drive performance and growth.
