BrightView Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all aspects of branch operations, drive growth through strategic sales management and strong client relationships, and ensure safety and profitability. You will recruit, train, and manage staff while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes P&L ownership, operational excellence, and a safe work environment aligned with BrightView values. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of leadership experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping, operations, or service-based industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and understand financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance practices.
• Proven leadership with team development and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and policy compliance.
• Drive sales and business development, manage a sales team, and grow the client base.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage P&L, expenses, and financial forecasting to maximize profitability.
• Lead EHS initiatives and promote a culture of safety across the branch.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach staff to sustain high performance.
