Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Owns profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Safeguards company assets and ensures inventory control and process integrity.
• Manages staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational needs; develops sales/ops capabilities.
• Builds and maintains relationships with existing and new customers to grow business.
• Liaises with leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Monitors local market trends and executes strategies to grow market share and profitability.
• Collaborates with vendors to maximize sales and profitability; ensures compliant operations.
