White Cap is hiring immediately for a Branch Manager in Texas. You will be accountable for P&L and inventory for the branch, build strong customer relationships, and oversee staffing, training, and operations to meet service and financial goals.

The Branch Manager will drive local market growth, collaborate with vendors, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations to maximize profitability while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Achieves EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals as applicable.
• Safeguards company assets and oversees inventory management procedures.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational demands.
