Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC is hiring a Branch Manager in California to lead operations at the on-site location. You will be accountable for P&L, inventory, and accounts receivable, while driving EBIT, ROS, and ROIC goals within a dynamic, trusted team.

You will build customer relationships, supervise staff, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. The position requires 7+ years in a related field, and operates a company or personal vehicle with MVR

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Must be able to operate a company or personal vehicle; MVR check required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s). Achieves EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals.
• Safeguards company assets and associates. Provides operational oversight and inventory management procedures.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational support demands. Develops sales and operations expertise.
• Initiates and builds customer relationships with existing and new customers.
• Acts as liaison to functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Monitors local market trends. Develops and executes strategies to grow local market share and pursues business opportunities.
• Works closely with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures efficient operations through adherence to policies and procedures and process excellence. Maintains compliance with applicable government regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 7+ years of experience in a related field.
