White Cap is hiring immediately for a Branch Manager in California. You’ll lead daily operations at the branch, oversee P&L and inventory, manage staff, and build lasting relationships with customers and vendors.

This on-site role requires 7+ years in a related field, and the ability to operate a company or personal vehicle with an MVR check. The position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities within a growing wholesale distributor.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Must operate a vehicle and have an acceptable MVR report.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Safeguards company assets and associates.
• Provides operational oversight and manages inventory procedures.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet service and financial goals.
• Initiates and builds customer relationships with existing and new customers.
• Monitors local market trends and develops strategies to grow market share.
• Works with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures compliant operations and safety standards.
