Job summary

White Cap in Hawaii is hiring a Branch Manager to lead daily operations of the local branch and drive profitable growth. You’ll oversee P&L, inventory, staffing, and customer engagement while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires 7+ years in a related field, experience with vendor relations, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. This on-site position reports to the regional leadership and offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Safeguards company assets and associates. Provides operational oversight and inventory management procedures.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational demands.
• Initiates and builds customer relationships with existing and new customers.
• Acts as liaison to functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Monitors local market trends. Develops and executes strategies to grow local market share.
• Works closely with vendors to maximize sales and increase profitability.
• Maintains compliance with applicable government regulations and safety responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• This position requires operation of a company vehicle with MVR consideration.
