Job summary

Penhall Company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations and drive growth at the Tukwila, WA location. You will ensure exceptional customer service, manage sales/productivity goals, and build relationships within the community.

This role carries full P&L responsibility, a competitive salary, an incentive/bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits. You will mentor staff, promote safety, and work closely with regional leaders to align branch activities with company goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent industry-related experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or business is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans to drive growth in the local market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness and reputation in the community.
• Take full P&L responsibility, including budgeting and financial reporting.
