Job summary

TAL Building Centers, based in Vancouver, Washington, seeks an experienced leader to direct all phases of sales and operations for assigned branches, maximizing growth and asset return. This role reports to the Regional General Manager and may involve market assignments as needed.

You will analyze branch performance, implement staff programs, coordinate budgeting, and oversee operating costs while upholding our core values and customer-first approach across the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• At least three years of field sales experience.
• 5 plus years industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of sales and operations of assigned branches to maximize growth and return on assets.
• Visit locations at least monthly to review performance and provide guidance.
• Coordinate budgeting process to provide information for branch and market planning.
• Oversee all aspects of market operational costs to ensure profitability.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
