Job summary

Certus Pest, Inc. in Kent, WA is seeking an Area/Branch Manager to create and lead a highly effective team focused on sales, service, customer satisfaction, and cost control.

You will recruit, develop, and motivate branch staff while executing strategic plans to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role oversees P&L, payroll, inventory, and safety compliance; drives annual targets and process excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 5 years driving experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in service industry and/or sales management, P&L management.
• Ability to pass a seven-year criminal background check, substance abuse testing, and three-year motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch teams to achieve sales, service, and customer retention objectives.
• Drive branch sales performance through strategic planning, coaching, and execution.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and training for all branch employees.
• Manage branch financials, including P&L, production targets, and inventory control.
• Provide field leadership to ensure service quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve escalated customer issues with timely resolutions.
• Partner with HR on employee relations, performance management, and attendance.
• Ensure branch assets are safe, compliant, and operational.
• Oversee payroll accuracy, expenses, and adherence to pricing policies.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies.
