White Cap is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager to support branch sales and operations, and to step in for the Branch Manager when needed. The role involves coordinating procurement, inventory, shipping, and warehousing while ensuring accurate and timely sales billing.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Experience with sales order software/tools, preferably Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Support the talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations associates.
• Manages the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence; assists with driving sales and profitability.
• Coordinates procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales per policies.
