Job summary

twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead and grow the Monmouth County, NJ operation. You will oversee daily branch functions, drive sales, manage inventory, and lead a team to deliver results while ensuring safe, efficient operations.

The role focuses on growing the business, re-engaging customers, developing new accounts, and coordinating with leadership across departments. This is a full-time on-site leadership opportunity in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience in a contractor-focused B2B distribution environment required.
• Proven ability to lead a team, establish accountability, and drive results required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the branch, including sales, warehouse, inventory, logistics, customer service, and administrative functions
• Own branch performance and profitability, partnering with leadership to review results, identify opportunities, and improve performance
• Drive sales growth by developing new accounts and re‑engaging dormant customers
• Build strong relationships with contractors and other B2B customers and serve as a resource to the sales team
• Lead, coach, and hold a team accountable for performance, customer service, and daily execution
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, receiving, transfers, order fulfillment, and delivery coordination
• Establish priorities for the branch and ensure the team follows through
• Monitor inventory and cycle counts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective action
• Ensure the branch, warehouse, vehicles, and surrounding property are safe, clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Communicate regularly with company leadership and collaborate across departments
