Responsibilities include managing P&L, executing growth strategies, guiding the sales team, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in landscape/irrigation/hardscape distribution.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team development.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch growth initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
• Assess operations to optimize processes, productivity, and costs.
• Oversee P&L and financial controls to boost profitability.
