Job summary

Reporting to the Regional VP, you will empower the team, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure projects are completed within contract terms and budgets. This role emphasizes leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
• Strong sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity on an ongoing basis.
• Lead and mentor branch team to balance goals with employee satisfaction.
• Oversee daily workflow and management of customer accounts.
• Manage total P&L ownership for the branch and budget compliance.
• Develop and manage branch budgets and strategic plans with leadership.
• Foster a collaborative environment and drive performance improvements.
• Recruiting, training, and development of staff with HR coordination.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and clients to achieve sales and retention goals.
