The role requires strong leadership, a track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in distribution or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team development.
• P&L management, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement branch growth initiatives aligning with corporate objectives to expand market presence.
• Assess operations, optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Direct P&L and budgeting to enhance profitability and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and nurture customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with succession planning.
• Travel as needed to oversee branch operations and regional meetings.
