Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in Financial Services Sales and Service required.
• 1+ years of leadership experience required.
• 1+ years cash handling experience preferred.
• Demonstrated process improvement and problem-solving skills required.
• Strong mathematical and logic skills required.
• Ability to multi-task with a smile required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong business acumen required.
• Advanced customer service skills with de-escalation ability required.
• Grit; willing to do what it takes to get the job done right required.
• Ability to be registered through the Nationwide Mortgage Lending System and Registry (NMLS) required.
• Registered and serve as a Notary Public required.

Responsibilities

• Coach for Results: develop branch staff through targeted coaching.
• Mentor Assistant Branch Manager to prepare ABM for future role.
• Drive accountability for member financial well-being.
• Manage performance through reviews and gaps.
• Lead sales performance with structured sales methodology.
• Enhance member engagement via CRM usage.
• Implement service standards and relationship-building behaviors.
• Manage escalations to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Train on operational changes and system updates by deadlines.
• Monitor financial performance and analyze trends.
• Direct daily operations including staffing, security, and tech systems.
• Drive business development and community leadership.
• Represent the organization in community events and partnerships.
• Collaborate across functions to optimize member experience.
