Job summary

Farmers National Banc Corp. seeks a Branch Manager to lead the branch, drive customer service excellence, profitability, and staff development.

You will oversee daily operations, open accounts, train staff on products, and coordinate with marketing to promote campaigns while ensuring security and compliance. A HS diploma is required; NMLS certification is required or obtained on hire, with 3 years of branch management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in branch management or equivalent.
• Understanding of bank products and services and ability to train staff.
• Willingness to attend community, networking and banking events.

Responsibilities

• Direct branch activities to achieve customer service and profitability goals.
• Open accounts and explain services and charges when needed.
• Interview loan applicants and extend credit within lending authority.
• Coordinate with marketing to promote sales campaigns and product development.
• Maintain branch security regulations and comply with policies.
