Responsibilities

• Direct daily teller work and ensure accurate vault operations.
• Coach tellers on sales and referral techniques and generate referrals.
• Prepare documents to open accounts and assist with loan-related questions.
• Balance vault cash, ATM, and branch totals; conduct monthly teller cash audits.
• Ensure dual control procedures and security for negotiable instruments.
