Job summary

Farmers National Bank of Canfield seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service, meeting branch goals, and maintaining a strong community presence in the Plain City area.

You will coach staff, manage lending activities within authority, and collaborate with marketing to promote products while ensuring compliance with policies. A proven track record in banking management and an NMLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of branch management or equivalent banking leadership experience.
• NMLS certification required (or obtained on hire).
• Strong communication and leadership to manage staff and drive branch goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch staff understand company and branch objectives and align actions.
• Meet and exceed branch goals to progress to the next tier.
• Make regular out-of-bank calls to generate new business customers.
• Cross-sell by knowing features and benefits of bank products.
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and lobby appearance and professional front.
