Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education preferred.
• Five or more years of retail banking experience.
• Demonstrated success in customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of retail banking products, services, processes and the decision‑making authority structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop branch employees to achieve goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch goals for deposits and loans; grow customer relationships.
• Direct day‑to‑day branch operations, ensure efficiency, accuracy and strong internal controls.
• Promote regulatory compliance and ethical conduct; support audits and training.
