Qualifications

• Strong regulatory and relationship-building capabilities with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L and drive deposit growth, client acquisition, lending, and fee income.
• Lead the branch as a financial advisory destination, not just a transaction point.
• Develop outbound business development plans and manage a proactive client pipeline.
• Recruit and coach staff, building a culture that aligns with Carver’s mission and standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across branch activities.
