Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years related experience in banking or equivalent.
• Strong leadership to build a collaborative team environment.
• Professional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with computers and CRM; able to adapt to technology changes.
• Able to travel between client sites and Provident offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the retail branch and supervise staff to meet branch goals.
• Oversee teller, platform, and customer escalations and ensure smooth branch workflow.
• Coach team to increase needs-based sales and expand customer relationships.
• Ensure branch compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues effectively.
• Schedule staffing, manage PTO, and support extended hours including evenings/weekends.
• Perform projects, analyze data, and report to Branch Manager and Senior Management.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees while maintaining performance standards.
