Carver Federal Savings Bank is seeking a Branch Manager (AVP) for our Brooklyn, NY area. You will own the branch P&L, lead a team, and drive growth while delivering exceptional client service.

This role requires NMLS registration within 30 days of hire, along with a proven track record in market development, talent growth, and community-focused banking. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive financial services leadership at a branch or business unit.
• Proven ability to grow deposits and revenues.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, CRA, OFAC and Regulation E.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• NMLS registration required within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Own the branch P&L and drive deposit growth, lending and fee income.
• Lead the branch team, coach performance, and develop talent.
• Develop a disciplined outbound business development strategy and community partnerships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across all branch activity.
• Deliver clear performance reports to the District Manager.
