Popular Bank seeks a Branch Manager to lead a Brooklyn, NY branch with accountability for P/L, revenue growth, customer experience and risk management. The candidate will supervise staff, drive new business and deepen client relationships while ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes developing local relationships, coaching a sales-driven team, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience across products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university and/or five years or more of experience in Retail Branch operations, business development, sales and managing employees or equivalent related experience and training.
• Prior experience as Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager is preferred.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant

Responsibilities

• P/L management for the branch: ensure revenues and expenses meet or exceed goals.
• Lead all sales activities for the branch, sourcing new client relationships and expanding existing ones.
• Institute a sales and service culture focused on best-in-class customer experience.
• Develop a strong local community network to promote branch involvement and growth.
• Mentor and coach staff, communicating branch goals and monitoring progress.
• Oversee branch operations, training, and regulatory compliance; manage audits and risk.
