Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and communication skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill the Truist Mission and Values.
• Drive branch performance through leadership, coaching, and staff development.
• Grow branch revenue via Small Business and Mass Affluent client strategies and IRM partnerships.
• Participate in civic and business groups to prospect and develop new business and strengthen the Truist Brand.
• Lead and motivate the branch team, ensuring training and compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to maintain One Team culture and compliant branch procedures.
