Job summary
Bemont Bank & Trust in Coral Gables, FL is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Coral Gables/Florida branch at 2020 Ponce de Leon Blvd. You will provide strong leadership, oversee daily operations, and drive employee development while delivering exceptional customer experiences in compliance with banking policies.
The Branch Manager will develop staff, manage sales goals, foster local relationships, and ensure branch performance, growth, and regulatory adherence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business with finance/economics coursework is preferred.
- At least 2 years leadership/management experience in financial services is preferred.
- Experience leading teams, managing branch or departmental operations, and achieving sales/service goals.
- Prior banking management experience, including knowledge of retail banking operations and regulatory requirements, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day branch operations and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.
- Create and implement sales goals; coach retail staff and manage staffing.
- Drive business development, loan growth, and local community relationships.
- Ensure branch performance, deposits growth, and market share while delivering excellent customer experience.
