You will supervise tellers and service reps, manage deposits, and drive growth while maintaining policy adherence.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with retail and operations teams, provide coaching, and recruit talent to build a high-performing branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, business concentration preferred.
• 5+ years of banking or financial industry experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience in cross-selling products and services.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all branch operations.
• Support cash operations and branch audits to secure assets.
• Achieve goals per corporate work plan.
• Process and approve wire transfers.
• Review daily transactions and reports.
• Open/close branch and ensure required paperwork.
• Lead training and development for branch staff.
• Back-up branch staff when needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
