Job summary

Hope Enterprise Corporation in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Branch Manager in Retail Operations to oversee the operations of assigned HOPE branches. You will supervise branch staff, ensure excellent member service, and maintain regulatory compliance and branch security.

Responsibilities include managing cash operations and daily transactions, driving deposit growth, providing training, and partnering with HOPE colleagues to achieve product, service, and member goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking or financial industry
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Experience in cross-selling environments
• Fluent in English required and Spanish preferred
• Employee spends the majority of time in office environment, generally accessible to the public, members, and potential members

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and staff to ensure service and compliance
• Manage cash operations and support audits
• Achieve branch goals per corporate work plan
• Process and approve wire transfers
• Review daily transactions and reports
• Open and close branch and ensure reports completion
• Provide training and development to branch personnel
• Collaborate with HOPE partners on cross-functional initiatives
• Adhere to policies, security protocols and regulatory requirements
• Maintain branch facilities standards
• Ensure branch and member deposit growth and retention
