The role oversees daily branch operations, staff supervision, security, transactions, and regulatory compliance while driving member service and deposit growth.

The Branch Manager will lead a team, manage cross-selling initiatives, and ensure adherence to policies. Strong leadership and banking experience are required, with bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking or financial industry.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience in cross-selling environments.
• Fluent in English required and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and staff to ensure excellent member service and compliant operations.
• Manage daily transactions, security, and branch reporting.
• Lead team development, training, and cross-selling of HOPE products and services.
• Ensure branch profitability and deposit growth; drive customer satisfaction and retention.
