Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a neighborhood branch with a focus on delivering exceptional client and employee experiences. You will drive growth in deposits and investments, coach a high-performing team, and embody a culture of hospitality and integrity.

You’ll manage operations, ensure risk controls, and build lasting client relationships while guiding the staff through challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and risk management skills.
