Campus Federal is seeking a Branch Manager for our LSU Union branch in Baton Rouge. You will lead a high-performing team, drive loan and deposit growth, and deliver a best-in-class member experience.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in retail banking, strong leadership, and a passion for coaching and developing staff to achieve outstanding results while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading sales and business development in a retail banking setting.

• Minimum of three years in supervisory or management roles.
• Lending experience preferred and strong knowledge of banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing branch team to deliver exceptional member service and meet sales goals.
• Drive branch growth by increasing loans, deposits, and product penetration while enhancing member engagement.
• Develop relationships through officer calls and community outreach to generate new business.
