Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven success leading sales and business development in a retail branch.
• Ability to achieve loan, deposit, and member growth goals.
• Strong leadership with coaching and staff development.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or 9 years in a financial institution.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Lending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, lending practices, and branch operations.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for helping members and business growth.

As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the branch, leading a high-performing team while helping members find solutions that improve their financial well-being.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing branch team focused on delivering exceptional member service and achieving sales goals.
• Drive branch growth by developing strategies that increase loans, deposits, product penetration, and overall member engagement.
• Cultivate a strong sales culture through coaching, mentoring, accountability, and ongoing staff development.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships by matching members with products and services that meet their financial needs.
• Manage and grow branch performance through active participation in business development, officer call programs, and community outreach efforts.
• Build strong relationships within the community to increase Campus Federal's visibility and generate new business opportunities.
• Serve as the branch's lending and deposit expert, providing guidance and support to team members on complex member needs.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and quality standards.
• Resolve complex member concerns while protecting member loyalty and reinforcing Campus Federal's commitment to service excellence.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.

Job Requirements:

• Proven success leading sales and business development efforts within a retail branch environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed loan, deposit, and member growth goals.
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of coaching, developing, and motivating teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or nine years of experience within a financial institution.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience.
• Lending experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking regulations, lending practices, and branch operations.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for helping members succeed while driving business growth and organizational success.
