Rexel USA, Inc. in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Branch Manager for the Gexpro team to lead a high-performing branch. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and drive profitability while ensuring safe, efficient operations and excellent service to customers and vendors.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/operations within electrical distribution or similar B2B fields and 2+ years of leadership. A forklift certification and valid driver's license are preferred. This position is on-site in Honolulu.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• High School or GED - Required
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Responsabilités

• Drive profitability by utilizing company digital tools to maximize all aspects of branch performance. Lead external digital strategy through customer digital adoption
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel. Recognize personnel problems and take corrective actions as needed
• Ensure branch personnel have the tools necessary to achieve highest levels of sales potential
• Effectively manage branch Profit and Loss (P&L) to meet or exceed total sales, GE sales, net income, asset management targets, and expense budgets
• Implement branch security and safety standards by conducting facility and asset inspections and taking corrective actions to support controls
• Remain knowledgeable and current about markets served, customers, vendors, and competitors
• Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective customers and vendors, demonstrate excellent customer service and set an example for other staff
• Conduct/oversee inventory control procedures and ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained
• Collaborate with key partners, managers, sales, and marketing to support branch mission, strategies, and growth goals
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as required
• May be required to perform other job functions within a branch when required including but not limited to counter sales, preparing and filling orders and/or receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material, and maintaining branch equipment
