Service Partners is seeking a Branch Manager in Kent, WA to lead and oversee branch operations, staff, safety, and customer relations. You will drive operational excellence, manage budgets and inventories, and coach teams to achieve results in a fast-paced building materials environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and delivering first-class service to customers while partnering with leadership to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or management roles.
• Knowledgeable in the construction or distribution industry.
• Proficient computer skills; OSHA and DOT knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the assigned branch and supervise all employees.
• Provide first-class customer service to build relationships and retain customers.
• Drive operational excellence to improve quality, safety, cost and service.
• Develop employees into the next generation leaders.
• Oversee budgets and P&L and manage warehouse operations.
