Job summary

ATCO STRUCTURES seeks a Director of Project Management and Construction in Spring, TX to lead the safe, profitable execution of modular projects and design‑build portfolios. You’ll own delivery from award to closeout, partnering with Sales during pursuit and guiding cross‑functional teams through complex executions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related discipline is required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management and construction delivery.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership with responsibility for Project Managers and field construction personnel.
• Advanced knowledge of project financial estimating, cost control, budget analysis and forecasting.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex modular and design‑build projects from handoff through closeout.
• Direct a portfolio of modular, custom design‑build, and purchased projects.
• Ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and procurement requirements are defined and owned.
• Provide recovery plans and escalate decisions as needed with executive support.
• Coach and develop four to six Project Managers and coordinate with Field Superintendents.
