SIXT Newark is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and manage fleet operations. You will be responsible for budgets, market penetration, and delivering top-tier customer service across branches in the area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant sales/customer service experience and supervisory exposure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural abilities
• Work authorization to work in the United States and no sponsorship needed now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches to drive revenue and profitability
• Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents with regular performance reviews
• Recruit new team members in collaboration with Talent team and coach managers in recruitment
• Manage vehicle fleet and operations, ensuring safety, CI compliance and efficient workflows
• Ensure premium customer service, handle complaints, and collaborate with regional managers to optimize processes
