Job summary

Triangle Services Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager for our Facility Services division in Massachusetts.

Based in Boston, you will lead a sales-focused team, oversee janitorial and maintenance operations, and drive profitable growth while ensuring high-quality service for Fortune 500 and local clients. You will manage all operational, sales, financial, and administrative functions for the region, with a focus on long-term client retention and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
10+ years in facility-related services (janitorial, maintenance, etc.).
Proven success in expanding business and leading high-performance teams.
Sales experience with generating leads and closing deals to meet revenue targets.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and payroll oversight; capable of P&L management.
Leadership, communication, and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

Drive profitable growth of janitorial and maintenance services in the Northeast region.
Generate leads, attend pre-bid conferences, prepare proposals, and secure new contracts.
Set and manage branch budgets, labor, supplies, payroll, billing, and invoices.
Provide accurate P&L reporting and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
Recruit, train, and mentor employees aligning with company values.
Develop and maintain key client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
