Job summary

Seven Executive Limited is seeking a Branch Manager for a high-volume HVAC operation in Greater Boston, MA. This hands-on leadership role focuses on driving sales, service, installation, and overall branch performance within an established team and infrastructure.

You will report to senior leadership and work with experienced executives to elevate branch results, expand market share, and foster a high-performance local culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role in HVAC or adjacent trades.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, and lead sales and operations teams.
• Strong commercial instincts and understanding of branch-level P&L performance.
• Hands-on, accountable leadership style with a track record of improving revenue and operations.

Our client is a well-established, high-growth HVAC services company with a strong presence in the Northeast. They are looking for an experienced operator to lead an established, high-volume branch and take it to its next level of performance.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within a well-supported organization. The branch has an established team and operational infrastructure, allowing the Branch Manager to focus primarily on sales, service, installation, team leadership, and overall branch performance.

The Role

As Branch Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of your branch across sales and operations. You'll lead an established team, drive performance, strengthen operational execution, and help create a high-performing local culture.

You'll report directly to senior company leadership and work closely with experienced leaders across the branch.

In this role, you'll:

• Take ownership of branch performance across sales, service, installation, and operations
• Lead, coach, and develop an established team
• Recruit and develop sales, service, and installation talent as the business continues to grow
• Improve installation quality, operational efficiency, and inventory management
• Partner with centralized corporate resources to ensure the branch operates efficiently
• Build a strong local sales and service culture
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, customer experience, and team performance
• Develop into a larger leadership role as the organization continues to expand

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, Installation Manager, or General Manager of a smaller business - ideally in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
• Candidates from adjacent high-ticket trades such as roofing, restoration, one-day bath, garage flooring, hardscape/paver, or similar industries will also be considered
• A proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, and lead sales and operations teams
• Comfort stepping into an established, higher-volume operation and making an immediate impact
• Strong commercial instincts and an understanding of branch-level P&L performance
• A hands-on, accountable leadership style
