Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
- Regularly coach, develop, mentor and train team members with independent judgement.
- Identify financial resources for customers and direct them to appropriate products and services.
- Promote U.S. Bank products and services through partnerships with other teams.
