Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking an Area Operations Manager for the Great Plains Super District to oversee multiple branch locations across Omaha, Lincoln, Grand Island and Lenexa. You will drive regional operational excellence, mentor Branch Managers, and translate corporate strategy into actionable plans while safeguarding safety and compliance.

In this role you will partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and HR to optimize revenue, margins, inventory, and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience directing multi-location operations or regional branch networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Branch Managers and operational teams across the region.
• Establish clear performance expectations and operational standards.
• Translate corporate strategy into regional execution plans.
• Ensure consistent policy and process execution across locations.
• Drive regional financial performance including revenue, gross margin, and expenses.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure OSHA/DOT compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and HR to support growth.
