Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Branch Manager in Noblesville, IN to lead daily operations, drive sales targets, and oversee inside sales, warehouse, and delivery teams. You will partner with regional sales to grow accounts and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining ISO standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience, 5+ years in electrical wholesale, and readiness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch staff across inside sales, counter sales, warehouse and delivery teams.
• Oversee branch operations, budgeting, pricing, quotations, and credit approvals.
• Partner with Sales and Real Estate, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize service levels and profitability.
• Ensure safety, ISO compliance, audits readiness, and adherence to company policies.
