Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Lenexa, KS branch. You will oversee inside sales, warehouse, and delivery teams while partnering with the regional sales organization to drive customer growth and account development.

You will mentor staff, ensure safety and compliance, manage pricing and credit policies, and collaborate across functions to meet branch objectives and service levels. Overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff across inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and delivery.
• Create a culture focused on safety, accountability, collaboration, and customer service.
• Oversee branch purchasing, pricing, quotations, contract reviews, and warehouse activities.
• Manage branch budget, targets, margins, and operating expenses to drive profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory availability and timely deliveries.
