Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, operations, or electrical distribution related fields.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and branch performance using digital tools.
• Lead, motivate, and train branch staff; address personnel issues.
• Ensure tools and resources meet sales targets and safety standards.
• Manage P&L to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors; provide outstanding service.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners to support growth and branch goals.
