Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for its Casper, WY location. The role focuses on leading a team, driving profitability, and ensuring safe, efficient branch operations.

You will oversee sales, inventory, and P&L performance while maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships. The position requires a strong operations background and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required (if delivering).
• Minimum 21 years old; clean driving record; legal requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by leveraging digital tools and branch initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate branch personnel; address performance issues.
• Ensure tools are available to maximize sales potential.
• Manage P&L to meet sales, net income, and budgets.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct site inspections.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors; provide excellent service.
• Oversee inventory controls and stock levels; coordinate with other functions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support branch growth.
• Perform additional duties as needed, including deliveries.
