Job summary

Rexel USA in Casper, WY is looking for a Branch Manager to lead a team and ensure safe, profitable branch operations. You will oversee budget, sales targets, inventory, facility, and customer relationships while driving growth through operational excellence.

Candidates need 5+ years in sales/operations in a B2B environment and 2+ years in leadership; a High School diploma is required, Bachelor’s preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• High School or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch personnel and drive profitability using digital tools.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and sales targets.
• Ensure safety standards and asset inspections.
• Develop supplier/customer relationships and service levels.
• Oversee inventory control and stock levels.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing to support growth.
• Contribute to deliveries and branch operations when needed.
